Our property practice was established with a vision to stand alone in the industry and bring peerless levels of professionalism and service. Since initial registration in 1981, as a Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, I have maintained a passion for property. In addition to holding industry-recognised University qualifications, I am a Member of the Australian Institute of Management, as well as a Justice of Peace and Member of the Justices’ Association of N.S.W.

Since the company’s inception, Mark Allan Property Consultants has remained proudly independent, enhancing our ability to provide quality services as property economists, consultants and real estate agents specialising in marketing and sales. Our services also encompass exclusive home buyer representation and we provide research, acquisition, negotiator services and auction representation.

To provide the highest quality service and advice, we combine cutting edge computer and web-based information systems & technology with a systematic, clever approach to research and contact management. Buyers do not just find us…it is our task to find them! We listen and work with you, while keeping you informed of progress. Auction v Private Treaty? Signboard or not? Open For Inspection v Inspection By Appointment? Timing for launch and time for programme? We will discuss the important issues so YOU can make a fully informed decision. We assess each property individually and will advise which method to use depending on current market conditions, the property’s ‘individuality’, and your needs and expectations. Regardless of which method is recommended, we will discuss the options with you confidentially in a simple, straight forward and open manner.

Don’t just go into a ‘system’; rather, receive personal care and precise attention to detail from start to finish. We only commit to a limited number of clients at any time to maintain our ‘boutique’ approach with dedicated service and communication.
